 Extreme Fitness requires a lot of dedication and concentration.

As your personal trainer, I will get you to achieve your goals. I have a different style of training. My main program has five levels of training. The lowest, is low-intensity, getting the client use to the form and movements of the machines and such, and the highest, is a very extreme hardcore workout that the client will experience. I also offer a 1-on-1 boot camp, or group sessions.

I have experience with, and can train clients of various abilities and ages from 8-80 years old, with styles and programs. The workout plan incorporates nutrition for a healthier lifestyle. I can customize a plan that either emphasizes nutrition or the workout, depending upon how much you want of either.

No matter what you want do in life, remember it’s never too late to get fit. Let's stay fit together!
